The Wastes
A massive, arid desert in the middle of Evenhelm, the Wastes are the home to many dangerous creatures, including the demonic Scrylings. Scrylings are short, lanky scavengers who prey upon those who have been rendered incapaciated by the sweltering climate. In the center of the Wastes lies the tranquil town of Oasis, surrounding the only lake in this wasteland. This is the home of the True Imperial Heirs, and their Dwarven foster father, and it was once the center of trade within the Empire of Aluria. It remains largely untouched by the outside turmoil, until one faithful day, when the Scrylings come calling...
The Forests of Yorn
Towering oaks and kind hearted forest creatures are the hallmarks of Yorn, which is held under the watchful eyes of the enigmatic Wood Elves from their tree top city of Quenya. The Elvish Rangers have long controlled the forest ecosystem, and kept predators in check. Recently, the Orcs have come East, seeking prey and conquest. Tall, broad, and barbaric, the Orcs are the greatest danger the Rangers have seen to their once peaceful home. Undoubtably, some greater purpose drives these vile creatures, but it has yet to be seen. The True Imperial Heirs must halt the Orc advance if they are to gain an alliance with the powerful but normally isolationist Elven people.
The Plains of Deltan
The flat, fertile grasslands of Deltan are home to the bulk of the Humans, and was once the cite of the lost city of Aluria, now overrun by the demonic armies of Biquor and left in ruin. The Humans remain scattered and leaderless, grouped together in small towns and holdfasts throughout Deltan. Demons now fly over these grasslands, burning away crops with Demonfire, the forbidden Element, and feasting on human flesh. Orcs also press across the plains, leaving it in a constant state of warfare upon the arrival of the True Imperial Heirs. These enemies must be defeated if the True Imperial Heirs are ever to unite humanity and retake their ancestrial home of Aluria from the Demonic armies of Biquor. While here, the True Imperial Heirs will find a Sage Tower dedicated to the Elemental Power of Lightning, and master it's powerful art as they seek to power up the machines of Aluria lost.
The Icelands of Igrestand
Home to the stout Barbarians and the brood of the Ice Dragon Frigrid, the True Imperial Heirs venture north seeking the aid of Humanity's lost cousin people after having regained their homeland in the southerly plains. Massive, lunbering Trolls also inhabit these icelands, servants of Frigrid, and implacable enemies of the Barbarian hordes. It is here that the True Imperial Heirs will aquire true mastery of the Elemental Power of Ice, necessary to rally the Barbarians behind their mythical Frozen Saviors so that they can enter the icy hold of Frigrid and end her dominion over Igrestand forever.
The Mountains of Detray
These towering peaks and molten volcanoes were once home to a Dwarven kingdom filled with riches, until the Fire Dragon Voltan wrested it from their tight grip and allowed an infestation of Goblins to grow. The Dwarves of the lost kingdom of Khuzdul await their firey Rekindlers to come and aid them in their time of need. If the True Imperial Heirs are to gain the alligence of the Dwarves of Khuzdul, they must enter a lost Sage Tower in Detray and aquire the mastery of the Elemental Power of Fire, which they will use to burn away Voltan's goblin hordes and make their entry into his firey realm. It is only then that the Heirs can make their way to the dark dominion ahead...
The Swamplands of Biquor
Dark, dank, and dangerous are the best terms to describe the swamplands of Biquor, home to the demonic holdfast of the same name. Home to the undead remnants of Alurian armies from bygone ages who sought to free themselves from the Biquoran threat, it is here that the True Imperial Heirs will face their toughest battle yet. Upon their approach, the Heirs will undoubtably arouse the anger of the Demons, who are held sacred within the forsaken city of Biquor. Ruled by Lord Accolyte Daevn Alturan, this city will not fall without the combined might of all the armies of Evenhelm and a true mastery of all of the Elemental Powers. Within Biquor, the True Imperial Heirs will find the most dangerous and secluded Sage Tower in all of Evenhelm, which holds the secret Elemental Power of Angelic Light, which can burn away the dark Demonfire and free the world of Evenhelm, once and for all...
