The Unity 3D terrain and game editors will be utilized, as well as either MonoDevelop or Visual Studio.

Installer

Some basic installer will be generated at the end of the project, possibly by using Unity 3D’s built in features.

Update Software

While no major updates are planned for this product, it may be necessary to create some basic patching script to fix software bugs.

Budget

The project team is unpaid and, with the exception of some paid software that may exist, there is a budget of $0.00 for this project.

Risk Analysis

There is a risk that the project will not be done on time, either due to scope creep or developer talent. There is also similar risk for each defined deliverable. Other risks include the risk of equipment being damaged during development, the loss of a team member due to death, dismemberment, or dropping the class, and the risk of creating a game that does not meet our exceedingly high standards.

All of these risks can be mitigated, with the exception of a team member dropping the class or being injured, with hard work and diligence.

Localization Plan

There are currently no plans to localize content to any particular country, however, some effort should be taken to store text within XML files which can be formatted to support future localization efforts, if the need should arise.

Test Plan

Each team member will be an equal party in testing the application. In addition to standard regression testing on all implemented functionality, all efforts should be made to find eight willing participants to play the existing product and provide a short questionnaire at the end of each sprint with the exception of the first.
